"If I could give Paul and his team a 0 I would. Paul has had my business for multiple years. Everything was fine until I had water damage and made a claim. The whole process with State Farm and at the local offices was a nightmare. Horrible communication by the staff and even worse communication by the adjuster. Paul said he was one of the best adjuster and if he ever had a claim, he would want that adjuster to come out. Long story short, I’m very angry that they dented my claim. What made it worse is no one cared and had zero urgency during the process. No one tried to fight for me to get the claim approved. Even if it was a long shot to get it approved, there was no trying. STAT WAY from StateFarm and this agency. A little bit of care and communication would have gone a long way and made me appreciate them. Now I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Paul and staff…no need to reply to this. You know y’all messed up and no excuse will be good enough."

"I love that when I call, they answer the phone. Not voice mail, not a menu tree that I need to select from, but an actual human in the office answers the phone. Any before I speak they already know who I am from the caller ID and have pulled up my insurance policies. They're ready to answer any questions or address any concerns.
